What helps me when I have a headache is taking a hot shower, or icing the area of the headache. Make sure you are drinking enough water as well. Being dehydrated will just make your headache worse.
You can also take some over the counter medicine, like Advil. Also, I would avoid moving around and being active until your head starts to feel better. If you have time, I would just lie down somewhere dark and rest.
Sometimes drinking peppermint or ginger tea can help as well, or even just massaging your temples with peppermint oil (if you don't have access to peppermint oil a normal massage is also effective). If your headache continues for a long period of time (more than 2 or 3 days) than I would suggest seeing a doctor. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
