The executor of her estate would handle payment of her obligations. Are you the executor? If so, you'd contact the people who she owes money to and arrange to pay the debt from her estate.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
