Propaganda deliberately sets out to deceive or to reinforce an attitude or belief favoured by the propagandist. Pseudoscience is based either upon ignorance or indeed a deliberate intent to mislead. It is possibly more dangerous since it instils in people a misguiding principle which can seriously curtail their ability to understand and to interact with an increasingly technological world.
It creates a serious gulf between those who can build on their knowledge and those who cannot. At the extremes of knowledge we must all rely upon our trust in what the scientific community tells us. Especially as we are ultimately funding, as well as benefitting from, their work.
P. S I do not understand the second part of the question.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
