A few months ago, my cat got in the habit of peeing on a leather chair in my living room. It was aggravating because no matter what I used, she could still smell traces of her urine, so she kept coming back to that chair. I tried all sorts of things, but the one that eventually worked was a product called "Kids 'n Pets instant all-purpose stain & odor remover" (found at my local Target).
It was a little harsh on the chair's normal stain, but that's a common problem with aniline leather, not something that reflects poorly on this stain remover in particular. The end result didn't look that bad, and at least my chair no longer smells like a litter box. I've used it on carpet, and haven't had any issues with it bleaching out the color there.
I would assume that if it can get rid of the smell of cat urine, it should work wonders on all your bulldog-related stains/smells. You just shake the bottle, squirt the cleaner on your carpet stain (make sure you really saturate the area), wait a while, and then blot it with a clean white towel (or whatever absorbent cloth you have at hand that won't bleed dye on your carpet). They recommend leaving it in for 5 minutes, but if it's a particularly bad stain it's better to leave it in longer. It gives the enzymes more time to break things down.
You may need to do this more than once to get the stain out completely. I've had good luck with the Kids 'n Pets, but really, most products that say they contain enzymes will probably also be effective in removing the urine smell from your carpet. I'm sure you could find an equivalent product at your local pet store.
The WoolSafe Organization recommends the HOST Dry Extraction System. It has been endorsed by Martha Stewart, and it is environmentally friendly.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
