Miranda rights are NOT required everytime you are arrested. They are only required when both the following are present: 1. You are under arrest, and 2.
You are questioned about the crime you are under arrest for. Miranda is a rule of evidence only. If Miranda is required and not read, it only means any answers you give after the arrest can not be used in court.
It has no other effect on your charge. Miranda rights didn't even help the guy they were named for, Ernesto Miranda. His confession was thrown out but he was still convicted and served 11 years in prison.

At MOST, it would be grounds to have any answers you gave to questions asked AFTER being arrested thrown out in court. In this case, the NEVER intended to use any such answers in court, so no one will even notice excluding them from evidence.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
