POTLUCK LEFTOVER'S wanna share some recipes from last week's potluck... use the virtual kitchen...(answer slot) & DB... BARBEQUED HAMHOCKS... 10lbs or less of Smoked Ham Shanks.... skin on or off..brown sugar... pineapple... onions... bell peppers... cloves... a bottle of your favorite hot and spicy barbeque sauce....preheat oven to 350 degrees... use 1 lg size aluminum roasting pan..place foil in bottom of pan... coat with brown sugar.. cloves and pineapples... crushed or chunks..boil ham hocks until nice and tender.... drain off (pot liquor) juice... place ham hocks in coated aluminum pan... add brown sugar... since skin will be loose... place brown sugar & cloves inside of skin around ham hocks... sprinkle brown sugar & cloves over ham hocks... add chunks of bell pepper, pineapple & onions... pour some of the sweet and spice sauce over the ham hocks.. cover with foil and bake for approx... 45 min or until coating melts onto the meat... uncover... add additional sauce... bake 10 mins...end result... STICKYLICIOUS! Bon appetite! ;-Dwould you like to share yours?
