According to the Bible, angels were in existence before humans, and they gave applause to God as he was creating. Job 38:1-8) And Jehovah proceeded to answer Job out of the windstorm and say: 2? “Who is this that is obscuring counsel By words without knowledge?
3? Gird up your loins, please, like an able-bodied man, And let me question you, and you inform me. 4?
Where did you happen to be when I founded the earth? Tell me, if you do know understanding. 5?
Who set its measurements, in case you know, Or who stretched out upon it the measuring line? 6? Into what have its socket pedestals been sunk down, Or who laid its cornerstone, 7?
When the morning stars joyfully cried out together, And all the sons of God began shouting in applause? The angels were made as spirits: (Psalm 104:1-4) 104 Bless Jehovah, O my soul. O Jehovah my God, you have proved very great.
With dignity and splendor you have clothed yourself, 2? Enwrapping yourself with light as with a garment, Stretching out the heavens like a tent cloth, 3? The One building his upper chambers with beams in the very waters, Making the clouds his chariot, Walking upon the wings of the wind, 4?
Making his angels spirits, His ministers a devouring fire. Twice in the scriptures, God inspired his prophets to give a prophecy against particularly evil human kings, and by the wording God took the opportunity to reveal some things about the angel who became Satan the Devil. One of those times was in Ezekiel's prophecy against the king of the kingdom of Tyre: (Ezekiel 28:12-15)You are sealing up a pattern, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.
13? In E? Den, the garden of God, you proved to be.
Every precious stone was your covering, ruby, topaz and jasper; chrys? O·lite, onyx and jade; sapphire, turquoise and emerald; and of gold was the workmanship of your settings and your sockets in you. In the day of your being created they were made ready.
14? You are the anointed cherub that is covering, and I have set you. On the holy mountain of God you proved to be.
In the midst of fiery stones you walked about. 15? You were faultless in your ways from the day of your being created until unrighteousness was found in you.
From this description, that angel was given special privileges, he was stationed in Eden, he was anointed, which means given a special commission, he was as beautiful as the most precious stones, and at one time he was faultless, until he turned unrighteous. He developed an evil desire that he revealed in his temptation of Jesus: (Luke 4:5-8) So he brought him up and showed him all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth in an instant of time; 6? And the Devil said to him: “I will give you all this authority and the glory of them, because it has been delivered to me, and to whomever I wish I give it.
7? You, therefore, if you do an act of worship before me, it will all be yours.” 8? In reply Jesus said to him: “It is written, ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’
This desire to be worshiped has expressed itself many times in the hearts of human kings and heads of state throughout human history Concerning hell: There are three places called hell in many translations of the Bible: 1. Sheol, (in Greek, Hades) is the common grave of humankind. Jesus went there for three days (Acts 2:31), and when humans die, they go there (Ecclesiastes 9:5,10) There will be a resurrection of both the unrighteous and righteous from Sheol (John 5:28-29, Acts 24:15) 2.
Tartarus is the prison that God put the disobedient angels who married the daughters of men during Noah's day. (2 Peter 2:4) 3. Gehenna is the everlasting death that one dies from one's own unrepentant evil actions.
Both Satan the Devil and his demons, along with unrepentant wicked humans, will be thrown there, and no one will be coming out. : (Revelation 20:10, Revelation 21:8) There is NO inspired scripture that says that any angel was previously a human. Some religions may teach that, but it is not in the Bible, which is inspired by God.
I understand that God created many angels. They are sexless beings according to scripture. Satan temped Eve while she was alone.
Eve submitted to Satan and ate of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. She bit of the fruit and then gave it to Adam. Adam ate of the fruit that Eve had given to him.
Then the eyes of both Adam and Eve were opened to the knowledge of good and evil. The humans believed they were naked. They hid from God and covered their naked bodies.
Satan was there all the time, probably invisible to Adam and Eve. God cursed the ground, Adam and Eve, and cursed Satan the snake. God killed an innocent animal and used the hide of the animal to cover Adam and Eve.
Then God kicked the couple out of the garden and put angels in front of the garden so the humans could not get access to the tree of Life. Later, God put another Tree of life on Calvary.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
