It isn't for certain that he is dead for good. In the books, (though, not as much in the show) there are many hints that Jon has a larger role to play later in the story, and that he may come back to life. Whether it's by warging into Ghost or by Melisandre using her god's powers to bring him back, similarly to how Thoros would bring back Beric Dondarrion.
PS: If you haven't yet, I HIGHLY recommend you read the books. Even if you aren't generally the type of person who enjoys reading, if you like Game of Thrones, you'll LOVE reading the books. It has so much more detail and information.
The first 4 seasons of Game of Thrones did a good job of being faithful (for the most part) to the source material. But Season 5 did a TERRIBLE job and cut out half the plots, characters, etc. So definitely read the books if you want the full story :).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
