Really needs motivation for the gym.. anyone have any tips?

For me, I sort of had to hit rock bottom. Think of it as feeling better, and once I really started going, people began to comment on how much weight I was losing. But do it for yourself.

I personally hate how I look in pictures, and turns out there's a family wedding in 6 months. I know I'm going to be in pictures, and I don't want to look bad--these are pictures that I'm going to have to see for years to come. Also consider your health.

Think of all the money you could save from not having to go the doctor so much and having medical problems. Good luck.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
