Duck hands down... Them chickens can be mean critters, their beaks will poke holes in ya if n ya don't take care. The Ducks now are much more friendly and even if they did whats a little pressure, they at least don't draw blood. Had you mentioned geese I would have two types of bird for dinner tonight, geese can be pain when they bite as much as chicken.
