In a sense, yes, science can be harmful by endeavouring to install their 'evidence' as the ultimate answer we should accept stating that what you can see is the real; whereas they fail to understand that everything we do see comes from the unseen which in itself is the only reality. How can something be an ultimate reality if it is transitory and ever changeful? Only that which is eternal is the Real.My opinion.
Overall, I think we have derived more benefit than harm from science; but there are a lot of instances where incomplete science has resulted in doing things that have been harmful. Usually, it is our prelediction to short-term thinking that does the most harm.
The scientists need to have morals...God. Science does not know everything, but acts like they do sometimes. Their tests for medical things may not work but doctors go by these...so people aren't getting the help they need.
The age of the universe if getting older, people think evolution is fact....facts change....
Yes! We need to kill all scientists. Does not the KJV warn us against knowledge?
Down with knowledge, except, of course, when messing with explosives. With explosives we need facts, you know, those things we get from...science.
Seriously, that is doing more harm than good, and everyone thinks you are silly. But I get it. You are trying to achieve a worthy goal.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
