Should Christianity revert to celebrating Christmas 6th January as do the Armenian Orthodox?

No, the "Paranoid about Pagans" folk would find a pagan antecedent for any date one picks. Militant intolerant secularists will kvetch in dramatic agony no matter when Christians celebrate anything to do with Christ in public. Jan 6 is the Epiphany in many countries Old Calendar Greek Orthodox Christmas is Jan 7( Dec 25 on the Julian Calendar) I will stick with the 25th (even though in likelihood Jesus was born anytime but winter) but I am happy to celebrate Christmas again with Old Calendarists or Armenians.

Der vorghomia! Lord have mercy! Happy Christmas on every date!

Happy civil new Year! More.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
