People should not be denied any job based on their sexual preference. It's discrimination.

Yes, your sexual preference won't harm your ability to be a soldier. Just because they like the same sex doesn't mean they will be going after every person of the same sex, it's just unfair to judge people based on their sexuality.

They are already serving - with honor. That should be enough to end the debate. Only two percent of our population serves in our all volunteer force.

Absolutely they should be allowed to serve! Being homosexual does not make you a felon or a criminal under any circumstances. I do not understand how the military can have a so-called 'Equal Opportunity' program (AR 600-20) and still discriminate against certain individuals based on sexual orientation.

The military discriminates against their own people all the time based on marital status and family status. Single soldiers are treated differently than married soldiers based on the pay, living conditions, and entitlements alone. Idiots.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
