Should the parents of the 3-year-old boy who was attacked by a python be held responsible for the attack?

As a mandated reported, I would certainly have to report this incident if I had heard it. If the parents involved the police, paramedics or a hospital, they are mandated reporters as well (at least, in California, but I'm sure in other states as well). I wouldn't think there would be criminal charges for this and I doubt that the child would be removed from the home... unless there were previous incidents.

I think it's acceptable to keep all sorts of pets with kids. You have to take certain precautions with some pets. A pet such as a Dogs|dog could attack (and kill) a child and THAT would be child abuse (and there have been plenty of cases to that effect).

So, it's not the pet that is at fault, it's the parents.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
