As with my “meals,” I’d have to ingest supplements ever so slowly. No popping a tablet or capsule. I’d have to do chewables to meet the daiLy need of folic acid, calcium, B12, andso on.
For some people, vitamins and minerals can be a sometimey thing - when they have a cold, are under a lot of stress, or are feeling run-down. For me, vitamins and minerals could not be a sometimey thing. They will have to be an every-single- day-of-my-life thing because I will never consume enough food to provide my body all the nutrients I need to function properly.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
