You could stop trying to gain weight when your BMI maybe reaches 19-22. You'd be in perfect health :).

Just make sure you fill yourself with nutritious food and not junk.

Its great that you're trying to get to a healthy wieght. About what foods you should eat that are healthy but still have alot of calories, try avocados. Guacamole is delicious and has alot of calories but is still good for you.

Sounds like you are on the right path. I used to have the same problem. People don't understand or have sympathy for someone who cannot keep weight on.Do work on eating healthy food in the mix along with the high calorie food.

I actually ate/drank milkshakes to help gain weight along with the foods I liked most. Your overall health and mental state depend on good food to keep your mood even and positive.At some point you will start to level off at a new healthier weight. Enjoy your high metabolism now as it may change as you get older.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
