The NCAA decision to yank the advertising is a typical example of higher education's lack of tolerance toward conservative thinking. That's funny because we are being told that part of education involves examining viewpoints from all sides, tolerance and critical thinking. I guess that only applies to thinking that is in line with the NCAA.
Dude, I went to college and I know hundreds of people who went to college. No one was "indoctrinated" in college. If you understood what "indoctrination" entails and had ever attended college, you would know that "indoctrination" is not going on in colleges.
The closest thing to indoctrination in education takes place in "Christian" schools. The NCAA deals with sports. Removing an ad from a website that people can choose to look at or not does not amount to "indoctrination".
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
