I'd like to start off this answer by saying that I'm white, so you can choose to disregard anything I have to say, but hear me out. Black people are gorgeous. If everyone had light skin, the world would be a really boring place.

Same with the hair. If everyone had perfect, pin-straight hair, it would be boring. Some alternatives to having your hair all natural would be to cornrow it or do dreads (which look pretty amazing, I wish I could do them myself but I just don't have the right hair for it, maybe you do) or you could even invest in some wigs or extensions, but that's pricier.

But anyway, I know it's easier said than done, but be happy about who you are. Every race has their own unique qualities that make them beautiful. And about people being prejudice, screw them.

That's their problem, their ugliness, not yours. I might add that I think some of the most beautiful women I know are black. I sincerely hope that you are able to accept what you can't change and embrace it.

Stay strong, cutting is not the answer. Try to find a creative outlet to release tension when you feel upset such as drawing, playing music, journal or story writing, meditation, or whatever might help you. When you find yourself feeling upset about a situation, try to think of the positives.. About two years ago, I was quite depressed and it helped me to write what I was feeling down in a journal.

I know it sounds stupid, but it's so much better than cutting. Please take care...

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
