Someone dropped their dope and I being falsely charged with simple possesion of cocaine,along with 3 others?

You need a lawyer. If you decide to ignore this advice, and end up convicted of possession of cocaine, you will spend the rest of your working life asking if they want fries with that. You need a lawyer.Now.

You are NOT being falsely charged. If there was dope in the car you were in, you WERE in possession. You NEED a lawyer to argue that you are not responsible, on the grounds you had no knowledge of, or reason to know of the presence of the dope.

Of course it wasn't yours.....................it never is ....................my name isn't really what it is either.................Get a back bone and get council.................if this is a serious issue you will.

A very good lawyer and good luck. One inmate I had was picked up walking by some friends who had just robbed a Convenience store about 10 min before, everyone said he was just an Innocent party but; all in the car were found guilty.

I've heard that same story at least 50 times the past 20 years. It won't hold water in court.... you CAN'T get out of it........

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
