Orthostatic hypotension and vasovagel syncope can cause you to feel faint when standing for too long. You should get your heart checked out as well, as neither of those disorders really cause chest pain. You should also get your hemoglobin, ferritin, and B12 levels checked, since deficiencies in these can cause lightheadedness, dizziness, clamminess, etc. as well as an irregular heartbeat.
