Don't show up late or forget that you are suppose to be there...the deputies will hunt you down and the judge just might place you in contempt of the court. Be sure you read all the material sent to you and take all of it with you to the selection. If there are forms to fill out, do them at home in a more comfortable setting than you might have in the selection room.
Take along something to entertain yourself...a book, a game, etc. Dress in layers. You will be changing locations if you are assigned to a jury. Some rooms may be cozy and some may be drafty.
Wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the duty (no shorts or halter tops). If you have issues which will prevent or delay your service, take along some sort of proof if you have it to help with your request. If possible, donate the money you earn to a charity.
It's not a lot but collectively it mounts up when a number of people do it. You won't miss the money.WB.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
