I suggest that you do as SusiQ explained, and be direct when you tell him. He will try to make little talk about he is sorry, etc. etc, and that he only meant love from his heart and wants to help you. Don't believe that and walk away and then go to the parent you are sure will take action on this.

If they do not, then ignore that man. But if he tries to get near you again, say out loud so other persons can hear you telling him not to touch you again. Do not let this go any further because you could end up being a rape victim.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
