Tools in CS3 worked minutes ago now stopped working. All that shows now is the hand tool and it and it does nothing. Anyone know why this happens?

Is there anything I can do to get them to start working again without taking CS3 all the way off my computer and putting back on? That takes an hour and a half. Thanks!

Layers It coudl be that the layer you are working on or created cant be affected by the other tools. Normally if Photoshop does crash, the last thin you want to do is do a re-install. You are much better off closing the program and then re opening it.

IF that does not solve it or it locks up, theat could be a problem with the computer and the RAMM. Then its best to shut down the computer, wait a min or 2 and then restart it and limit what youa re running when running photoshop. Make sure you have yoru Layers Pallete up so you can see what layer you are on.

I think that shoudl solve the problem most the time. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
