USPS delivery confirmation but item not delivered?

Yup, that happens with the Post Office. I've had it explained to me, that this is how your local Post Office confirms getting the package, and to expect delivery during the next couple of business days. Basically if 48 hours (weekends don't count) after the "delivery" confirmation, your shipment still has not arrived, then you have to contact your local Post Office with your package ID number and see what they can tell you.

If they cannot produce the package, then you have to contact the retailer who shipped the package and report lost/stolen shipment and either get a replacement, or a refund. Best of luck.

Sometimes they bought my boxes to the wrong house due to extra help at Christmas. It happened more than 3X. I think the driver had bad eyes...could not read the label.

I don't think praying is going to do much good when it comes to dealing with the Post Office. It's obvious God doesn't like them - if he did, he wouldn't let them go bankrupt. Like jacle says - once its confirmed the package is in your city, it will arrive within a day or two.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
