No, but... The US Postal Service does not track packages once they leave the U.S. UPS, however, does do so, as do other commercial shipping companies, and I've used them successfully in the past to send things to Canada.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
