I'm sure the crowds will be dependent on weather. If it's nice weather expect a big crowd. As for the hours I'm sure you can find that on the Disney site.

You might want to go during the off season if you want to experience more. Me and my father and sisters went in October of last year and it was okay, but November might be better because October had a special event. I live in Florida so I went to Disney world, I don't know if Disney Land's off seasons.

Though if you stay in a Disney hotel you get magic hours that's when you can go into the park early and leave later.
