Probably not. I haven't seen the movie, but the wrath of the SPCA would come down hard on any filmmaker who intentionally harmed animals during the making of his film. There are many technical tricks that can be used to make one think that an animal is hurt, without actually hurting the animal, like quick cuts in the film, using a stuffed animal for a quick shot, using artificial animals painted with ketchup for blood, etc.All this, in the hands of a good filmmaker can be used to simulate reality, but actually intentionally harming an animal is always a no-no for any director.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
