Weekends or evenings -$10/hr+ I would like to do some work from home to help pay off my mortgage earlier. Then I could possibly quit my current job and continue with the home job working in a semi-retirement fashion.My background is working in IT Healthcare and IT Security management. I programmed many years ago in RPG and COBOL so any new language would have to be learned.

I learn fast so I am up for learning something new if needed. I am open to any suggestions, but would like to make at least $10/hr and be flexible with when I work. Computer Skills Tutoring -- If you don't want to travel to other people's homes, you still might find people willing to come to you. You can teach the basics, like using Email and word processing, or get more advanced or specialized with teaching people how to use Ebay.

With your healthcare background, maybe you can help people find information and support groups for a medical condition that they or their loved ones might have. Tech Support -- Similar to the above. Either over the phone or have people visit your home (easy if they have a laptop) and you can help them troubleshoot a problem they're having.

Or even help them install some new piece of hardware or software. Auctions -- Either sell some of your old junk, or get set up with a drop-ship company. With a drop-shipper, they handle all the inventory and shipping, you just handle the selling and taking of orders.

Or you can sell other people's old stuff on Ebay and take a commission. E-Books -- Tell everyone about something you know. Whether it's about Healthcare IT or Security or about your stamp-collecting hobby.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
