Thewebguy, I will answer these questions for you. Resistance exercises are great exercises. They build strength, while at the same time, building those inner muscles which are hard to reach with conventional exercises.
Which brings more strength, thickness, and stability. Some of the best ones to do with weights are holds. This is where you take a heavy, but manageable weight and hold it in a position until you can not hold it any longer.
For example, take a barbell and hold it half way doing a barbell curl, with heavy weight, and hold it for as long as you can, until you give, then release. You can also do this type with cable machines. Another type of exercise that's a great resistance method is pushing against a wall as long as you can.
Doing resistance with a partner is about the same as doing it with machines. The only real difference is that with machines your doing it against a set resistance that you choose, and can change, at your will, and at any time. Thewebguy, great questions, and I am glad to answer them for you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
