When I go to our local dollar store,I find a ton of things that I prefer to buy there than anywhere else. First thing is spices,You can purchase name brand spices at the grocery store for easily $5-6 each or go to the dollar store and get the same stuff for $1. Hair accessories- You can buy the same brand hair accessories at the dollar store than you can in Wal-Mart or any other store. It will cost 2 to 3 times the price elsewhere.
Some cleaning supplies- most dollar stores have overstocks from dept stores. Still name brand but a fraction of the price. There are a few examples that I have.
Definatly ipod cases. I have saved some money doing this and you don't lose much quality. Also you could buy the food products but personaly I would stay away from those.
Buy things at 99 cent store that are worth 99 cents, i.e. Cheap plastic toys, a toothbrush, hair pins, household detergent, canned food. Stay away from vitamins (consumer reports claims that they are markedly less effective) and items you would like to last, i.e.
Clothing, socks, gloves are cheaply made at 99 cent store. If you spend more at a traditional store, you'll get an item that lasts longer, more bang for your buck.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
