What are your thoughts on the 9/11 conspiracy theory?

To be honest, I don't think I have the expertise or resources to form an independent judgment. But I don't believe that it is unintelligent to be skeptical or question the official version of it. The average person was lead to believe that iraq had weapons of mass destruction and that they were an immediate existential threat, that they had connections to qaeda and so on.

There is evidence of bush administration putting pressure on intelligence agents to make a case for it or exaggerate the threat etc. there are intelligence officials who question the official version, as well as academics. Whatever the case, the attack was used as a pretext for neocons to carry out their policy of expanding america's influence and power and dominance in the world, especially in the region that has the oil.

The conspiracy nuts argue it was to invade Iraq for oil. These "fake hijackers" weren't Iraqi The "fake planners" weren't Iraqi We invaded Iraq because of WMD, not 9/11 like we did oil-less Afghanistan. And everything about Airplanes not being able to take down buildings is just unfounded opinion.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
