Bullying or other harassment by an employer represents a breach of the employment contract and can give rise to several different remedies. Where a worker bullies or otherwise harasses another worker, his/her conduct can amount to a breach of his/her employment contract and give rise to disciplinary action. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
