If you have LEGAL joint custody that means you can see your daughter when ever you please. Is working out a visitation plan with your ex out of the question? I know there are lawyers who specialize in father's rights.
Look up your local place and see if they have anyone that can help you. If you have legal joint custody your ex has no right to keep your daughter from you. Good luck.
Joint legal custody would be 50/50. Visitation would in effect be ask and be given. Moving to be close enough to get the kid for the weekend, and or for dinner would be a step in the right direction.
Keeping a reasonable line of communication open with the ex would be a good move as well, sense you do have a daughter to help in the raising of.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
