Which parent would win a child custody battle if both parents were good parents? How could you win the custody case against your ex?

Unfortunatly, Here in Upstate NY the judges ALWAYS go for the Mother having full custody. Unless she is a drug dealer or user. It has to be documented and investigated.My brother is currently fighting with his ex for his daughters.

The mother is lazy does not work,She collects welfare,Has a pig stye for an apartment and has not attempted to potty train her 4 yo daughter yet..He on the other had is paying way to much child support,works overtime to cover it all,ONLY gets the girls on weekends and the mom still complains she has no money for diapers and such. She is on a free ride and has custody. WHY?

The judge here says that the mother is the natural caregiver and the child deserves to be with her. Not true in this case. BUT she knows how to play the system.

Chances are that if both parents want custody and they are good parents,There will be shared custody. Good luck to both of you either way!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
