What can cause a drifting eye? Is it likely it's vision related or due to some other underlying?

It can be vision related but the cause could be some other underlying condition (related to nerves, brain, metabolism disorders...). The most common reason for drifting eye (strabismus) is a problem related to eye.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
