The countries that have won both the most World Cup championships as well as won the most World Cup games are Brazil, Germany and Italy. Brazil has won both the most titles with 5 and the most games with 64. Italy has won 4 titles and 45 games and Germany has won 3 titles and 56 games.
Argentina and Uruaguay have both won two titles. Brazil’s five championships came in 1958, 1962, 1970, 1994 and 2000. Italy’s four championships came in 1934, 1938, 1982 and 2006 Germany’s three championships came in 1954, 1974 and 1990.
Argentina’s two championships came in 1978 and 1986 and Uruguay’s championships came in 1930 and 1950. Though there is certainly some debate as to which country is the best, the overall number of titles and number of victories would show that these countries certainly have some of the strongest histories and most consistent play in the World Cup.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
