What do I do if my eBay item hasn't arrived yet?

Email the person who sent it to you and tell them it hasn't arrived yet, they should then contact the company and find out whats happening it's upto the seller if they would refund the money, it's very unlikely the package might have either gotten lost or has missed one of the scanning points that update the tracking info. Mosly likly outcome it's lost also due to high demand in products and counterfeit products being seized like crazy, if it was a fake product it's probably what has happened at one of the border controls.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
