A pregnant cervix is supposed to feel soft and be engorged with blood, especially early into pregnancy. Based on this I would assume that it would look slightly larger.
A pregnant cervix does not necessarily feel different than a nonpregnant cervix and you cannot diagnose that changes in the cervix and pregnancy are associated.
For the most part a pregnant stomach looks like a large basketball inside your tummy. However, in the early stages you may not see anything at all except for bloating. It may only look like weight gain as apposed to a baby growing.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
