Both of them are dangerous, although being significantly underweight has been shown to be a tad bbit more dangerous. Because if you don't get enough of protein ext... your organs use muscle for fuel and eventually your body starts shutting things down like your breathing to conserve on energy. On the other hand if your overweight its bad because your organs are basically drowned in fat pockets but atleast they have energy to run off of.
So technically underweight is worse nut there just as bad!
Being underweight. When you're underweight, important organs get damaged. Your hair and nails become brittle, and your heart rate decreases.
