What does the legal phrase "assault with a deadly weapon" mean?

For one the term Assault Weapon was a made up word from the Clinton Administration describing a look of a weapon. A M16 still requires a special license to own. What you do not understand, the weapons you are talking about are the same guns for hunting.

They just have plastic parts added to make them look like Military style weapons. Do you even know the difference between the weapons you do not approve of? Can you honestly say you do?

I suggest you study the makes and models of the weapons Obama wants removed. If you can say after that you support a ban on them, remember this. If they are banned, your right to free Speech is next to be taken.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
