What get's under your skin the most about your boss or other employees you work with?

Yep, that's the military way. I no longer work for an employer, but for myself and have had my share - or more - of bad bosses! Even though I work for myself now, I still run into that military style of finding fault, punishing and focusing on what is wrong rather than right in many of my peers who are dog trainers!

Our society unfortunately is geared to thinking that way.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
