The Promise: "I will help you build ripped muscle mass that will make ANY woman wet their panties because of how big, sexy, & perfectly shaped your muscles are" (by Al Alfaro) Get it now!
Depending on your current weight and metabolism you will either gain weight or lose weight. Just take protein shakes post workout, pre workout if you can afford it, not something I personally do though. Only drink protein on your rest days if you aren't getting enough protein for proper muscle growth and recovery from whole food sources.
Getting ripped isn't so much of what you do in the gym but what you do outside of it, basically you just gotta eat right and get down to 3-8% body fat. Seeing how you probably just started, it's going to be a lot easier for you to build muscle and burn fat at the same time, as time goes on it'll become more difficult to make sufficient gains that way and you'll probably have to resort to some kind of a bulking diet(personally I like to clean bulk, going just over my caloric maintenance so I gain weight but not enough to cause lipogenesis, or the create new fat cells). Multiply your bodyweight in pounds by 17 and that should be roughly amount of calories you would need to maintain your bodyweight, any less would cause you to lose weight, any more would cause you to gain.
Calories are units of energy. We need at least 1,200 calories everyday. This would only be if you lay in bed all day and literally did not move.
Seeing as you are doing more than that, you are going to need more calories. When you don't get the proper amount, your body starts eating away at your muscle. This would basically counteract your weight lifting.
You should not need to take protein shakes on the days you aren't working out, but they don't hurt. I would stick to one a day. You may take multivitamins, but they aren't necessary.
Just drink a lot of water, at least 2 liters a day. Take one day off a week to relax, and let your muscles restore themselves. Good luck!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
