Frank's Red Hot I'm not at all into super hot, so I avoid the Rooster Sauce (Sriracha) and other fire sauces. But Frank's Red Hot is the best! It's spicy, but not vinegary like Tabasco.

Go chu jang or sriracha we use go chu jang, a korean hot pepper bean paste (english translation) it is the best. I don't know if it is available in regular supermarkets, but any korean store should have it. It is sold in small jars, big jars, or small tupperware looking rectangular containers.

This stuff is also more of a paste, so if you want to make it into a dipping sauce, it needs to be watered down..... if you are looking for something more mainstream, sriracha is the way to go. It is more watery, so it squirts like ketchup, but it tastes great. It even comes in a squeeze bottle.
