Writing good prose is not about using what you call, "strong, powerful words." It is about choosing the exact word to best convey your meaning. Writing simply and honestly will get you much further than throwing in words you don't really understand.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
