What is the benefit of face-to-face communication with employees?

You get a lot of good feedback. Managers are not the only ones who have great ideas on how to improve. They appreciate that you’re asking for their feedback, and doing it in a face-to-face way is one way to do it.

It’s all about the feedback. It can’t be one way; it has to be two ways. You can’t keep employees in the dark all the time as to what’s going on.

When things happen you’ve gone in a different direction or changed policy it shouldn’t be a big surprise if you’re communicating with people and telling them what’s going on. You’ll all be successful if that works. Everyone will be happier in what they do, they feel like they’re part of the team.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
