I ended up in a mental hospital about 3years ago (I cant remember) but the advice they gave me was to take life day by day. Only focus on what you can do to get through JUST today. They gave it to "me" (our group) because some of us were suicidal.
It seems really simple but someone once said to me "You only get out of life that which you put in" I was having a particularly difficult few months but after hearing this it motivated me to work harder and to put twice as much effort in and whenever I need to do something I go above and beyond what's required of me as that statement is almost at my core now.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
