This is a Best proved Therapy for Knee Pain. 1) Stand up put your hands strait Forward parallel to the Ground. Sit up on the Knee by bending your Leg 90* (Degrees) and be on the Position by Counting 20 numbers or as much time as you can comfortable.
Then slowly stand up strait forward. Repeat it for 6-7 times initially. 2) Sit comfortably on the Floor or Bed and strait forward the legs.
Stretch Knee caps forward and backward. Do it initially for 20 times and increase the number of movements Gradually. Through this Exercise cures not only Knee pain but also the muscle pain at the hip joint will also be cured.
