If you were kneeling continuously or bending and twisting while gardening the stress on the ligaments at the top of your knee might have caused the pain. Use hot and cold therapy to reduce any swelling or pain, and rest your leg. Avoid any activity that puts undue stress on your knee, like twisting, kneeling, squatting, jogging, bicycling or climbing stairs.
Give it a few days and it may return to normal. If the area is quite swollen and feels hot, then you should probably check with your doctor to make sure you haven't torn something that may need surgical repair.
Well it could be muscle strain or you bend your knee to far or something, best to go see a doctor if you're unsure, but it'll probably go away after a few days.
It's possible that your knee cap is sliding more than it should and the cartilage under it is being slowly worn away, this can be due to the lack of tendons on the lateral sides of your knees, I have the same problem but in my family ( me, my two sisters and my dad) have knee problems because we don't have tendons in the sides of our knees so the knee cap slides more than it should which can lead to arthritis in the knees, I have to get surgery to place tendons in the sides so I don't end up like my older sister who didn't get the surgery and she is now 24 years old and can't run due to the pain caused by the arthritis, if you never had your knees checked I would suggest doing so to prevent further damage.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
