The best time to view bears is during the salmon run. The start and ending dates of the salmon run changes from year to year. Typically, July through mid-August is a great time to go.

May and September are the best time to visit . I have a hub about it check it out. hubpages/hub/beaches-here-are-the-top-10.
Huacanacha is pretty right. Australia is a massive country with vast weather differences, so what is a lovely time of year in parts of the country, may not be the best time to go to other places. If you're planning on seeing all of it, September is probably not a bad time to go, but places like Melbourne for example can still be chilly and wet and I've even been to Queensland in late August and had dreadful weather.
Much of Australia's weather is largely unpredictable. If you like sporting events, the Australian Open in Melbourne in January is a fantastic event, as is the Melbourne Cup in November. But it's pretty hot here today!
Not today, tomorrow or even the day after that as it is 40C+ where I live (hence i'm indoors on the computer and not outside).
Australia is a very large country, so it really depends on where you plan to go and what you want to do. If good weather is you primary concern Spring and Autumn are ideal for visiting most parts of the country, with pleasant, warm and sunny conditions for the most part. Personally I prefer October/November or March/April, which is a little closer to summer than in May or September as suggested by Jangaplanet.
The Australian summer, which is December through February, can be very hot and is not the best time to visit the north of Australia (including the Great Barrier Reef and Kakadu)... this is monsoon season in the tropics with hot/humid conditions and the occasional cyclone thrown in. South of the tropics you can expect scorching dry heat up to mid-40s Celsius (110+ Fahrenheit) in many places including the state capitols of Melbourne, Perth, and Adelaide, with the outback being even more extreme! Sydney is also very hot in summer but tends to be wetter.
Winter (June through August) can be a good time to visit northern Australia and the outback due to the more tolerable, tamed weather!
Not at this time , as flood ruined australia, so australia will take some time to be a best.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
