I have shoulder length fine hair which I color with a permanent hair color and retouch every month to lose the grey, I also use either heated rollers or a hot air styling brush every day. I also have a curling iron, but I find the other two devices work better for me. Despite all this, my hair is in good shape.
This is how I find the hot styling products work best and avoid damage to my hair. Make sure that your hair is damp, not wet when starting to style your hair. If using a hot air brush or curling iron, take fairly small sections of hair and wind around the device.
Hold in place for around 30 seconds, then gently remove the appliance from the hair. Let the strand rest against your head, keeping in the shape of the curl. Continue until all your hair is is curled.
When your hair is cool, style as normal. If using heated rollers, again make sure your hair is only damp and not wet. Taking sections of hair, put the rollers in place and leave for about 4 minutes.
I find that as the last one has gone in, it's time to take the first one out. Leave hair in the shape left by the rollers until cool, then style as usual. If using hot styling products, make sure to condition your hair regularly and apply a little serum for extra shine.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
